My kids just left
Hi everyone. My son just left with his 4 daughters. My house is so empty. They were here for over 2 weeks, & I won't see the girls until next summer.My son is a Sergent in the Army & is scheduled to go to Afganistan in Sept. Please, if you believe in Prayer say a Prayer for him & his family. Even if you don't, good thoughts or swinging chickens or whatever you do would be appreciated.

You are so right Nan, I wanted to visit them next month, as I don't have any time to take before then, but was told that we have a big case filing the week I would be able to go and then the kids are back in school, so now I can't go, perhaps in late September I can get down there for a long weekend, I'm hoping as we have a long weekend for the Jewish holiday. . . I miss them so, but luckily I do have 2 close by, though this summer they are down at the shore every weekend :( anyway, thanks and have a great day!

(((HUGS))) I'll keep everyone in my prayers. I'm glad you had two weeks to spend some quality time with your family.
I just had two weeks with seeing lots of my family and I love it. It makes me feel so good inside. Thankfully, my youngest daughter will be moving closer to home next month - only 3-4 hours away versus 12.
Try and keep yourself busy so that time passes quickly for you. Happy thoughts coming your way!
